The objective of this task is to review activities within this stream and ensure that any potential issues and concerns have been communicated with the relevant stakeholders.

Agree on parameters for operational readiness assessment, jointly with the Service Delivery Team.

The operational readiness assessment report should be prepared and it must be used to verify whether the following things are in place:

• All the users have correct and complete access to finalized training and process documentation
• The Risk Logs and Issue Logs are updated and Service Delivery Team is updated on the same
• Escalation list is in place
• Procedure to update escalation list is in place
• All required licenses are in place
• All applications and infrastructure is accessible by support team, Service Delivery Team and Client team
• Review of the pending Issue Logs is completed.

This task should be performed once all the accesses are granted, all the necessary infrastructure and connectivity has been established and the processes and tools implementation is completed.
